Two weeks ago, our great friend, Ms. Kristin had a birthday. We had a small little party planned, we just needed to get her over to our house. I called her around 5:30 or so and asked if she could babysit the boys. Being the great gal that she was she agreed...on her birthday! She and Maddie came over and we met her at the door with her birthday cake! She also had a great birthday tiara!
After we sang Happy Birthday, we opted to eat the birthday cake before we had dinner (Chinese - "10 minutes!") Dan was especially happy about this!
After cake it was time for presents (before Dan had to go pick up our Chinese!). Nick had picked out a locket engraved with a "K," Luke chose a Willow Tree figurine...it was too cute, a little boy holding a gold heart that said, "You'll have my heart forever!" how true that sentiment is! Jack was truly thinking when he picked out an adult "sippy cup" with a big "K" on it, for when Ms. Kristin comes to watch Jack play baseball this summer!
